I put my order in on the 16th and haven't seen any shipment notification. Is this unusual?

I'm in the same boat. Sounds like we should be getting our gear soon though.

Screw Drake's London I think. I'm over ordering from their website. The service was way better 12 months ago. Things would always ship out the next day.

I think this is an over-reaction... the response I got was that the orders have shipped but the notifications have been delayed.

I guess it is.

I hope that it is just the shipping notifications that were delayed. But for my last order, there was a significant delay between the order being placed, and the order being shipped out.

I received my order within 2 days; though I do live in London....

FWIW, Drakes makes (made) great shirts.
Unfortunately, not on sale. I have several
bought at Barney's years ago. They still
look great. Their ties are too narrow for
my taste.

Would the 7cm ties be too narrow for a guy with a broad chest?. 9" drop here...

Almost certainly. I can't wear 7cm anymore.

PS - I ordered the night BEFORE they launched sale - couldn't have been more than 25 orders before me at most... and just got my confirmation TODAY.

I ordered same time you do Spoo (5 ties), and my order arrived in Australia yesterday.

Received a delivery notification yesterday. I think generally Drakes does well in fulfilling the orders. I expect to receive my stuffs in about a week, which is fine with me as I don't need them urgently.

ps: I placed my order on the first day of sale.

I got my confirmation the day the ties arrived in Switzerland. I didn't really mind, as all in all, it didn't take much longer than usual.

Placed my order on the 17th and received it today.
