Brooks Brothers Golden Fleece can sometimes be had a big discount and along with my Falke, they have held up well. My Pantherella cotton just haven't lasted nearly as well.

I just bought a few pairs from Jos A Banks recent sale. They seem reasonably good; the sale price was 18.00 for 3 or something! Anyone have any experience with these?

I've had a couple of dress pairs from Smart Wool, which have lasted well (3+ years), even though I used to put them in the dryer (pre SF)
