Clothes/shopping in Las Vegas

I'm going to Vegas soon and I have a few questions for those that live/been there before.

Are there clothes worth buying that I can't find elsewhere?

Also what are some good outlets/store/malls/shopping areas to visit?

Fashion Show Mall (on the strip across from the Wynn, next to Treasure Island) is a fun place. Neiman Marcus, Saks, etc. It's a cool layout and almost always packed.

I've been turned off by Outlet shopping recently, but the Las Vegas Premium Outlets off of Charleston and the I-15 are a good bunch for the money. Fun environment, outdoor mall. Again, almost always packed. They do have a decent Nike Outlet there

Caesar's Palace forum shops are a bit more exclusive, but fun to go through. A lot of Vegas nitelife there, but still fun at whatever hour.

Current favorite restaurant off the strip is an Italian place called "Brio" at the Town Center Mall - it's straight down Las Vegas Blvd (aka The Strip) south of Mandalay Bay before hitting the I-215. Again, decent store selection in the mall itself, but I love that restaurant. Also decent movie theaters and a Guitar Center.

From what I remember the Planet Hollywood mall in their casino is about average, just glitzed up.

The City Center is boasting a lot of new stuff - a Tom Ford brick&mortar, and a few other really exclusive designers.

Also, of all things, there is a TJ Maxx off the strip by a few blocks to the east (don't remember exactly which street, but probably close to Maryland Pkwy or so) that gets all the run-off from the main stores on the Strip. Usually has decent selection, but more and more asian tourists are getting in on it.

Have fun. Love being able to call Vegas home.
