@Itsuo, what's the upcharge for a personal last? I'm spending quite a bit on adjustments with each order and am thinking the personal last might make more sense.

I believe it's a one time charge of around $400. I think it's very useful if you expect to keep purchasing shoes from the company. At first I made significant adjustments to allieviate discomfort in the width. Then over time additional changes were made based on experiences with older pairs of shoes, recommendations of retail store personnel, and additionally Phillip has continued to make smaller adjustments based on feedback from my well-worn pairs.

The fit has gotten better and better over time and all adjustments are at no additional charge.

It's only in one colour, but all the polishing work is done by Karl Sussmann, my vendor.
