Shoe trees are not marked with shoe number but the order number, and it started just these few years.

SC trees are not lasted per se; only the front half are lasted and fit well, with waist and heel poorly fitted. This is in comparison to lasted trees for my bespoke pairs.

If it pulls out the creases, I'm happy.

That's my concern, I don't think they will do that job quite as well as they should.

I will swing by LeatherFoot with them the next time I wear the shoes to work and get their opinion.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions, all.

the shoes trees fit very very tight...frankly too tight.

while i respect the handmade trees and the process...the trees just don't impress me that much in terms of fitting the shoe and filling it out all that great.

That's crazy, I think all of mine are pretty damn perfect after I wear the shoes a few times.

If Scotland were to decide in about six months time (Referendum is on September 18th) to become an independent nation, their membership within the European Union (as part of the UK) would automatically seize, but an independent Scotland is likely to apply forthwith to become a member of the EU.

Of course, at this point, who would join the EU willingly?

Turkey is still very keen. Other candidates at present are Iceland, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia.

The UK used to be very much in favour of having Turkey as a member, just to be occult to the (majority of) EU members who are against Turkey's membership,

You have talent! Rarely does one see mirror polish drawn so well, and the waists are nice and tight. Claymoor's List could commission something from you.
