So is this going to be the unofficial EPL trash talk thread? Because there was some other "Soccer! Yay!" thread last season which got bumped every 3 weeks or so, and that is not good enough. I need to smell the game.

Had to make some transfers. A little annoyed that Suarez is going to be rested for the beginning of the season, but I'm thinking about holding onto him. Expensive at 9.5 though...

Yessir, a great experience.

I was fortunate to have also toured Camp Nou 3 wks ago. I have pics from the pitch but it was pouring that day and they are not as impressive as the RM pics, also they were re-laying about 1/4 of the pitch.

I need some SF mojo. The first leg of the supercopa is this Sunday, Real Madrid v Barca. A famous football clash if there ever was one. I am walking down to the Bernabeu to scalp tix that night, or at a minimum take in the scene. Wish me luck . . . .

Man up. I took 4th in my fantasy debut.

 

Sentiment seems like the opening matches will be postponed. Even though the chaos looks to be cooling off, I think they'd want some recovery time before having masses of charged football fans everywhere
