Why can't I start a new thread in the classifieds section?

It seems like I can start a new thread in some sections (like this one) but not in others (like classifieds). Can you help?

You have to be a member for 45 days before you can post a listing in the classifieds. Alternatively you can pay for one of the premium seller memberships and post immediately.

I bought a premium membership but nothing has changed. What do I need to do?

I will file a report that it didn't work to allow you to sell things.

In the meantime, I set the '45 day' flag on your account so you should be good to go.
