two button down shirts together in the same time

Hi,

do you wear two button down shirts in the same time? are there any rules how to wear it? I like it,but dont´t know how to do it. It is in style now as I have seen in many fashion and streetwear sites. Here are some examples.

My 90 year old grandfather does this because he is cold all of the time. Are you cold? facepalm.gif
