I've got a pair of those and they're holding up very very well. They're not from the handmade line though. I think the retail is in the $400-500 range. Mine fit small. I'm almost always a 10.5D (including for S.M. shoes) and I wear a 11D in that shoe.

Wow, is that right! They're really beautiful shoes, and I thought they'd be from the top of the Mantellassi line, i.e., handmade. If the retail is $400-$500, this eBay price isn't that good. Now, if they were from the $950-$1000 line....

Those look nice but they are overpriced and have been on eBay for as long as i can remember.

I find the Sutor Mantellassi (both lines) rather generously sized. I wear a 9 medium in Sutor and they simply fit more generously (generally overall volume) than my EGs or JLs. And I have a pair of 42s from as well as a 9 from NM that fit the same.

If you wear a 10 AE, I would think that a 43 or a 10 would work nicely for you.
