If ya'll wear a longsleeve shirt under a t-shirt, what type/brand of shirt do you wear?

I'm not crazy about this style (ok for a casual night), but it looks really good under a couple of my favorite t-shirts.

I've been wearing a great, tight, fitted old harley shirt underneath, but it's on it's last legs and I'm having trouble finding another longsleeved, tight, fitted non-waffle thermal shirt. Most t-shirts are far too loose in the sleeve, and thermals usually have really wide neck which I'm not a fan of.

suggestions?
