A moderator/admin may have to approve your post when you are new. We are all still getting used to the system and doing all kinds of things, so there has been delay. Sorry about that.

I admit that I do find this frustrating, too. We have a lot of really popular threads on SF, and most of us have posted in all of them at least once; thus our My Posts is polluted with others' bumps of those threads.

Just set it to subscribe to every thread you post in (without email alerts) an when you are done with a thread, just click unsubscribe and it will stop polluting your feed.

Now, "My Posts" gives me the same list, but they're sorted by the last time ANYBODY posted in them. So even if my "ask a question" post was answered 2 years ago, that thread might still be at the top of my list, because someone else posted in it today. And the thread in which I posted yesterday could be anywhere; I have to hunt around for it.
How can I get "My Posts" sorted the way it was before?
I found My Posts to get frustrating after a while and started using Subscriptions instead on the old site. I'm not sure that My posts or Threads I posted in was sorted by your own post order. I always thought it was sorted by last reply. Maybe I'm wrong but the current function works about as well for me as the old one... which is why I use Subscriptions instead. :)

Yes, I broke that. They are looking into it. Terribly sorry.

I think I'm not understanding because that isn't how I used the old system. As far as I can tell, it works about the same in terms of what is marked read, but I am sure I am not getting exactly what you mean.

I got that too and it has been submitted. Thanks for the screenshot.

Using the Rich Text editor, how do you make a clickable text link?
When using the 'Ad link' function above (or what it's called - when I mouse over the functions, some of them are in my native language and not English), I get a pop up window asking for the URL, but I don't get the (usually following) option to write the text for that link. As it is now I might as well just copy and paste the link directly into the post...
I don't think you can do it the same way as the old editor. You can type out the link text you want, such as "click here", then highlight it with your cursor and click the link button. It will then add the link to that text. I hear the editor is being worked on/replaced.

Can you give us your browser/OS? I suspect it may have to do with the orientation before uploading, which some viewers (on your computer) would correct for you. There is often an orientation encoded in an image which some things read and some don't, while the pixel data are actually the same in the image, so while Picasa for example will know to rotate your image, the forum uploader won't. It could be that, or it could be a bug, but I'm not seeing it from anyone else currently (that I have noticed).

Where is this little button that's supposed to work like the old forum function?
Even in threads that "darken" (meaning I've read and accessed them before), the "First Unread" quote box button takes me to the very first post of the thread, rather than to where I last accessed. I'm assuming too that none of the data about to which post we'd accessed prior in any thread beyond our subscriptions was saved or transfered over?
None of the 'last read' data were transferred over, no. From my personal use though, clicking on the quote box icon on the left seems to do what the 'first unread' thing did before. I may be missing something based on differences in "browsing style" between me and others, though. I will ask for clarification on the differences between vB and this system.

Once this happens, you cannot click forward to the page you were on. For example. If I was on page 2 and clicked on a post, when I hit the back button it returns me to page 1 rather than page 2. At this point, I cannot click to page 2 using the "2" button or the "Next" button. If I was on page 3 and clicked a post, when I hit back it again returns me to page 1 and locks the "3" button. I have tested this on Firefox and Chrome and can recreate this problem with ease.
This is a now-known bug and is being worked on currently.

Yes, a "lot" of clothes is fine. Fok and I are discussing potential changes to the B&S rules to allow more flexibility in listing styles as well.
