Will the google search box be making a return?

I used the forum search box most often (since you could restrict to subfora and specific users and all sorts of advanced options) but for somethings, the google search box was king.

The google search was very good about picking up things that you were not quite sure about the exact search terms but knew the general idea of what you were looking for.

I know what you mean. Playing with line spacing can be a nice graphic design tool, but the tool has to listen to me...

BTW: the letters look rather jagged.

How do I get to the thread associated with sponsors/affiliates/featured sellers (or whatever they're called now)? On the old forum, there was a very handy link to the last post of the affiliate thread directly under the link to the affiliate site. Is that functionality duplicated in the new system?

-How do I get to what used to be called "user CP" to see the threads I am subscribed to?

-Is there no option to get to the first unread post? Im just seeing 'first page' and last page...

Under "My Profile" at the top, it displays "Edit Subscriptions"

http://www.styleforum.net/users/subscriptions/index/action/edit

From the home page, you can view items by first or last post for your subscribed threads when you roll your cursor over the thread.

The forum is completely unusable on the iPhone/iOS platform. This is disappointing as many people UAE their iPhone/iPad to use the forums.

In particular, the JavaScript floating photo window is not functional on iOS. But, more importantly, it is impossible to log in!

I have also tried tapatalk app, which previously was supported and it does work but no photos or images display.

Since all of the above did work on the old Style Forum technology this is truly a step backwards. In which case my SF usage has been nearly zero.

Is it just me or are the fonts large? Every time I visit the site I need to decrease the font size. I feel like I'm on my grandmas computer with all the enlarged fonts. My eyes hurt.

While any efforts to improve the forum are greatly appreciated, this update was clearly NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME!

I had this problem as well. Apparently, the little box to the left of the thread will do the same thing as the old check box used to do. Its been working for me so far.

I know I must be overlooking it as it's such a basic feature but I still cannot figure out how to mark the Men's Clothing sub-forum "read" without marking the entire forum read.

Anyone have time to point me in the right direction?

It's a complete clusterfuck, no two ways about it. Was SF2.0 ever actually tested before deployment?
