Afraid I was ripped off by Baracuta G9-what should I do?

I ordered a jacket from the Baracuta G9 website over 3 weeks ago, and aside from a confirmation email immediately after my purchase explaining they had received my payment and would email me again when shipped, I have heard nothing in regards to my jacket. I've sent 4 emails to their customer service address asking for any type update on my order but have yet to hear anything back. I even tried calling their phone number (internationally) but with no luck.

what should I do? does anyone have any experience ordering internationally from Baracuta?

I'm still hoping they'll email me back but as more and more time passes I'm getting worried. It would really suck to drop that amount of coin and get absolutely nothing out of it.

You need to phone them. Number is on the website. They generally don't respond to emails, however their telephone support is very good. From my experience you'll get a young Northern English girl who is very helpful.

Don't worry, they won't be trying to rip you off.

i ordered from them, and everything was okay
it would be a shame if their official store cheats on customers
