I have a multivitamin, and I have about 2 servings of salad/veggies a day. To be honest though I don't really keep track of the micronutrients, that's just too much. But 2 salads a day + a multivitamin + 3-4 servings of fish every week seems like enough to me.
I also do a lot of cardio (~3000kcal a week on average) which gives me a lot of leeway to indulge and still hit my weekly deficit goals. So I kind of cheat. But I think cardio is a necessary evil for any kind of meaningful weight loss.
