I think your best bet is to go in early tomorrow, call in sick so your desk has a reason to be empty, and then hide out in the bathroom all day until you catch him!

One woman I work with probably would notice me going into the bathroom more. She notices everything about me. If I get new socks she would bring it up.

If you want to fuck with him, the next time you find the paper - open the stall and take it out, put some scotch tape on the back and tape in place right where you found it. The next time he comes in to use the stall he will see the paper still in place and assume that nobody has used it, until he opens the stall and the paper doesn't fall - leaving him wondering how many ppl have used it ffffuuuu.gif

Spend a lot of time walking up and down the hallway outside the bathroom (as if you're actually doing something) and notice who goes in and out! Maybe you've pinpointed the approximate times that it's happening by now?

Nothing this morning...so far. I think it might be somebody who is only at this work location at certain times. We have a bunch of offices.

Didn't you say it happens most days? Is it someone who took the day off/is running late?

Do you have a way to see who is out of the office on any particular day (our receptionist sends out an email every day listing who is out)
