I was going to say, you must not have been to a lot of restaurants.

I hate bars with downstairs bathrooms for obvious reasons.

the Ace hotel is like this. I like their drinks, but the stairs down are giant and intimidating when one is tipsy.

I much prefer smaller and tighter spaces.

At the Ace I always feel like I am heading into a high school gymnasium when I go into the basement, Just this big, sweaty room. The colors remind me of this too.

Twice now, drunken middle aged men have attempted to share a urinal with me when none were available. They just sidle up, unzip, and start peeing.

Fuckers need to wait.

What in the actual fuck.

It should be 100% legal to punch someone who does that.

While I fully understand the allure of dropping a deuce in the luxury suite that is the handicap stall, it somewhat peeves me that the one in the restroom nearest my office is in near constant use by able-bodied folks when other, normal and clean, stalls are available. Not because I would rather use it, but because we have wheelchair-bound employees who may legitimately need to use it.

What say you SF, am I getting soft?

I believe it is. Even if it isn't, you think anyone is going to prosecute that?

I feel like someone whose handle is John Galt should not be worrying about whether or not to look out for the little guy.

i'll hold my hand up as being a guilty party here, i'll always take a handicap restroom if there is one available. prefer not to poop while looking at another man's shoe in the next stall.

I would get prosecuted. Actually, I'd probably be taken down to the police station and told to pay the guy I punched a few hundred bucks. That's generally how petty shit is dealt with here. I'm not sure if this is a step up or a step down from the American justice system.

Yes, it's not a handicapped parking space, it's a stall. It also happens to be the best stall.
