Thanks for looking!

First Pair- Prada Burgundy "Longwing" Cordovans (I think these were made by Church's for Prada):

Maligned as Church's gets post Prada buyout, they look alright here. Mind you, I like the other two better. Particularly, in a perfect world, the last of the lobbs with the design and finish of the Darltons would be spiffy.

I got the Pradas. These were made quite some time ago and I dont think they are by Churchs.
Nice Cordovans. The only Cordovans I have which I am thinking of selling.

What size do you wear?

Come to think of it, if its really by Church's I will probably keep it.
It has 'Milano' on it, which is different from the marks on the newer Pradas.
Dont think I see 'Milano' on many Pradas, even the old ones.

Dont think Prada does that many cordovans these days too. Although, its a bit stiff!

Nice stuff.

If only there were a dedicated thread for showing off new shoe purchases...

All very nice. I am surprised Prada sold a wingtip like that. I thought their forte in footwear was patent leather sneakers and Duran Duran boots. I particularly like the Prada and Ralph Lauren. Not a fran of the Lobbs. Can't say why.

Medallion design on the Pradas is Churchs. The uppers are identical to a pair of my Masterclass Churchs in black liege calf- model name 'Purcell' on the 35 last. However, the sole looks Church's exotic skin stuff (alligator/crocodile) - Made under license in Italy & sold through their Beverley Hills store.

Lovely looking shoes (especially for those of us plagued with wider feet) IMHO !
