The color is a somewhat faded blue; it's the original color of the shirt and not a result of washing. It was actually like that when I bought it but it was so minor I didn't really care. I've included a picture. Shoulder to shoulder - 17.25" Pit to pit - 20.5"

Crew's polos fit off the rack (see measurements, and notice the pit-to-pit measurement is just about the same as the unaltered J. Crew small listed further down). I'm asking a little more than I normally would because of the extra money spent on the alterations and because these are basically brand new. I don't really wear polos much, and even with the tailoring these never quite fit as I wanted since I more often wear a small. Shoulder to shoulder - 18" Pit to pit - 19"
