Shoulders - 18 inches
Sleeves - 24 inches
Jacket length - 30 inches
Chest - PTP 18.5 inches flat

Do you have measurements? I have a linen Uniqlo regular fit linen blazer size large and it fits me (and I'm a 42), so I'm a little confused.
