these are brand new with tags

They may have tags on them, but they aren't "brand new". Notice the creasing by the leg opening... That's from cuffing them. And the creasing behind the knees, that's from the motion of movement in the knee area, hence the creases. And the creases on the lap, again from being worn. And on the knee (on the right when looking at picture), thats from the fabric being slightly stretch as the knee pushes into it. Now again, you could of tried them on and wore them around the house, or put them on for a minute and decided they wouldn't work, and I think most people would still consider them new, myself included. But either way, when I ask how much wear they have, and you respond with brand new, that's not really answering the question, because these jeans have been on a body. Period.

well not much wear. i bought them from a store and tried them on twice over 2 days. each wear was between 10 to 20 minute periods. i folded up the bottoms cause the inseam was a little long for me.
