I am a fan of thick dark cardigans with double zip.

I was thinking ronald reagan but i dunno Anyway cardies are definitely in. Wear them as you would a vest. Tees under cardies look fine. I wear that combo all the time

I think cardigans are always in style at least in some form. At this time of the year a very airy and lightweight navy blue cardigan would be a great choice for a breezy evening. Blue/white unistripe OCBD works for everyone. T-shirt with more casual set. A Breton style tee with white and dark brown or blue stripes if you are more adventurous. Pink OCBD looks great with navy cardigan especially if you have darker skin tone or some sun tan. A shawl collar cardy is way to go for me when it gets chillly. Knit or cotton tie if you want to use one. Nothing too formal.

Just make sure it's not billowing or is too long and you have a very versatile and stylish garment.

I would say they are making a resurgence. not only just for the elderly now I have seen men of all ages pulling off the look. I can go casualy with a sport shirt or dressy with a tie added to it.

I own several but end up wearing my navy and light grey ones the most. Typically with anything from an OCBD (sometimes with a knit tie) to a colorful polo and then khakies or jeans.

Club Monaco....they're great, slim fitting cardigans.

I think Spoo could totally rock this (even though it's acrylic)!

A nice design is a nice design, no matter if it was made today or 50 years ago. Rock a cardigan like this with confidence and someone somewhere will want to know where they can get one too.
