1901 Carsons. They were pretty cheap. Wouldn't surprise me if you could still find a pair at a Rack.

YUP! That was the name! Sorryldfnl, I think I told you 1909!

I have a pair of the 1901's. Not world beaters but for as seldom as I wear them versus the price they hold up well enough.

Search ebay for "mantellassi red". I don't know your size or what style you're looking for, but there have been some red wingtip oxfords in various sizes on ebay for about a month. To my eye they look more orange than red in the pictures and they're not selling too fast.

The navy suede is sexy as well but they're sold out of my size

I have that exact shoe in red. As long as you're not expecting amazing construction/materials I'd say they've definitely been worth what I paid for them (I think I had a coupon code and got them for around $50 shipped). They're a nice change of pace when you want to wear something a bit out of the ordinary.

Even better... after getting to the store I discovered they are on clearance for 30% off... got them for $47 all in. Cant beat that. The store on Old Georgetown Rd in Bethesda still has a 10 1/2
