Hi, I'm interested in purchasing these. I'm confused. It says, Waist: 16" but Size: 31. Isn't the Waist Size 31? Also, did you have the length hemmed? I think the inseam it comes in is around 34-36, correct?

Different brands size things differently. Size 31 is the tagged size from the brand. The listed measurements are the actual measurements taken using the Blue in Green (BiG) method. Yes, they were hemmed.
