Swollen neck gland and tonsil??????

Anyone ever have this? mine is on the left side. Are swollen glands in the neck dangerous? Ive had this for a year, and its never got any bigger.

Not to freak you out, but a close friend of mine is being treated for a cancerous tumor in his tonsil...go get it checked out.

Thanks guys, i do need to go get it checked out, its just that i didnt have insurance and didnt want to rack up a huge bill.

It's very likely a metastatic tumor originating from your testes, i.e. you have cancer of the balls.
