im pondering the following.
in no particular order.
1. alden unlined chukka in snuff suede
2. carmina chocolate brown suede cap toe
3. EG cardiff (unlikely the budget will allow for this, but man would i like to get em)
4. C&J belgrave

I think you would love the Alden chukka, I have it in 2 colors and love both. The comfort is amazing right out of the box. Zero break in needed.

Jmen, loving those shoes. May I ask what shoes those are? I'd love to own a pair.

Thanks a lot for the compliment!  They're Fratelli Borgioli.

Here are some more pictures:

Shoot, do you where I can get my hands on a pair in the U.S or online? Are they the "certo" model?

To be honest, I've got no idea.  I bought them at a local shop. It's not the certo model.

Here's a photograph of the box:

I hope this will help.

Just picked up two new pairs of PRL flannels myself icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

The ones I'm wearing today are RLPL. However I have a couple other pairs of Corneliani for PRL. The Preston fit is near dead-on for me.

Jacket and OCBD? Interesting lapels and button stance

That explains why the lapel notches are up on top of the shoulder seams. happy.gif Seriously, though, it's a lovely fabric. I just wish SS didn't do that to all their jackets.

Ah, thought you meant pants. Shirt is Kiton. SC is 70/30 wool/silk from, interestingly enough, Dolce & Gabbana Tailored. Button stance is interesting on the jacket. It's a hard three but is much lower than "newer" three button cuts. All and all it's quite flattering for my body type.

The sweater?
Its very soft and stretchy (cashmere). Probably my most comfortable sweater. It is a fairly slim fit though.
