Thanks, CP. I am living proof that there is a lazy man's way to weight loss that even sumdumgai (meaning me) can easily follow. I eat every 3 hours. Take Shape For Life. I dropped a hundred pounds in 6 months with minimal exercise (although I was supposed to). PM for details if you wish. My wife is a coach. She dropped 50 lbs. as well.

BTW...the 2011 vacation (not pictured) was dressed according to sf standards (as I understood them at the time).

Those loafers are an awesome pop to that outfit. Really great way to spice up what is otherwise quite a pedestrian look. :slayer:
