btw, i wasnt complaining, just wondering why you posted it here. but as you said, i guess its really a crapshoot, as many in the middle looks can go in either thread.

the main thing is, you looked good. fing02[1].gif

Cool man, looking forward to seeing the fit.

Don't crease casual pants. Everything else Teger said was good advice. When you get them hemmed, don't have them hemmed too short. Make sure they at least have a break. These are casual pants so they need some of that casual detailing.

A light blue oxford OCBD would be great with those pants and the bucks.

might be this week. smile.gif

i am under the impression that selvedged pants should be rolled once to show the selvedge? i know nothing about jawns and selvedge, is that correct, and should i factor that into the hemming when i do?

light blue OCBD oxford is on my list, sadly i dont have one yet.

Nope. It's a personal thing. I do it sometimes, and don't do it other times. It's entirely up to you.

Just make sure you that they have at least a full break. The tailor or seamstresses usually know this about casual pants. Get them to leave a couple of inches of fabric that can be let out again if you're unsure and don't trust them.

Please don't roll and show the "selvedge" on any non-jeans pants. It's quote douchey

that is quite perfect for me then.

Just trying to steer you the right way, man. It's hard enough to get a basic outfit to fit right and look good, that it's a shame to throw all that good work out the window by adding silly affectations and "pieces of flair".

Last one for the time being.
Usually I'm weary of combining a denim shirt with jeans but I gave it a try. White jeans/pants would have been the cookie-cutter way. Actually I think light gray trousers might have been better.
