It freaked me out, too. I took that as a sign that it was exactly the right GIF for the occasion.

I think shorter shorts would look better.  Have you ever tried shorter shorts or thought about it?  An inch or so maybe more.

Stop with the "shorter shorts" thing.  I think his shorts hit about mid-knee or maybe 3/4 knee.

Perfect!

Of course, each to his own.......

Cheers,

Short length looks good to me. The other short length debate started because it appeared in the pic that the shorts ended mid knee cap. As long as shorts end above the top of the knee, it is ok in my book. How short above that is personal preference.

If it's warm enough for shorts, then it's too warm for a jacket surely. No?

I have that striped Ingese and it's one of my favorites. It's casual enough that it works with denim too imo.

@Murlsquirl. Pants look much better in this pic than on the NMWA thread. Farnese belt is great, isn't it?

I would prefer a different shoe. Something suede - chukka, strap or string loafer would look nice. Do you own only DM?

Thanks everyone.

Euro, I agree about this picture, but they are still pretty slim. I might size up next time even if it means the added alteration cost. I'm happy with these for now though. The belt is awesome and I plan on getting a few more. The only suede I have are oxfords. No chukkas and I don't do loafers. I think some suede chukkas are top of my shopping list.

What do you think about the single strap AS from NMWA for a good casual shoe?

RL marlow is what you need. trust.

Eh, not my cup-o-tea and I'm not crazy about shell.

Photoshoot attire—my wife staged a photoshoot in our backyard, I shot some video, this is what I wore; she took my pic after we were done.
