Love the details here. Not sure about the jeans -- seems just a tad too casual for the rest of the outfit -- but everything's really great. Who's the maker on the jacket?

@applky Thanks man! fistbump.gif

The jacket is actually pretty casual itself hence paired with the jeans - it's a cotton stretchy thingy by Sartorio Napoli, completely unconstructed.

Looking good Ian.  That is an F-U collar!

Camera angles may be playing some games, but given that you wear your chinos with little to no break, it looks like you could have them a bit more tapered.  I personally go for little to no break on chinos with an 8' leg opening.

Thanks man! Yeah, I'm still trying to refine my pents game. It's currently at 7 3/4's... I do have some that taper to 7" but all in all, I'm just afraid of proportions. I have relatively wide shoulders and a 'too-tapered' look might exaggerate my bigger top half and itty-bitty legs.

A big problem I have are my thighs from cycling... I'm built like a sprinter so I need mucho room on the thigh/seat. Getting it too tapered at the opening might make me look like a carrot lol8[1].gif

Glad you brought it up though, someone here might have the same proportions and chime in as well teacha.gif

Makes sense.  7" is probably too aggressive.

Wow @ianGP love that collar and the rest of it. Who's the maker on your shirt, if you don't mind my asking?

post #15404 of 16830

Collar needs stays in it, but I am feeling the cotton jacket.

@applky cheers.gif It's Dolce & Gabbana's main line. Feels unfused too.

@arnathor thumbed. That jacket looks great! Although for the shirt, I prefer slightly more spaced out stripes. *my preference though.
