I feel today's look is reasonably well balanced for a dressy yet casual look.
Coppley jacket is pretty much tweed.

RLPL Shirt is oxford cloth

Coppley Trousers I believe is a pincord

@chocsosa That jacket is very nice -- looks exactly like an LBM I just picked up.

Thanks App! Yea I have been keeping an eye on LBM sports coats..I just dont know how they size..True to size? Or did you have to size up or down?

I'm a 37R, and "sized down" to a 46EU/36US. Most people go true to size.

Thanks man, I really need to start paying attention to the fit of my jeans, I honestly just buy and wear. Need to wrap my head around hemming them. Good feedback

Jeans' length looks good. Formal trouser length rules don't apply to jeans; they should be long.

I guess we'll agree to disagree..I honestly do not think there is a right answer too it..Personally I think pants or jeans wise.. it looks better when it touches the top of the shoe cleanly and gently with not that much of a break.. to each his own..

I'm a cuffer :hide:

Though I wouldn't cuff with the shoes kulata chose in this instance--nice looking jacket, good fit over all!

I think a better way to express it is they should be appropriately matched the to overall look/feel of the outfit. For me, it's never, "jeans should be ___ length." It is always evaluated based on how they are being worn.

In this case, I think the jeans would look much sharper brought up a bit. If they were worn with a more SW&D top half (and shoes/boots), then their length would be more appropriate.
