nice looks bboys and jester.

Looks pretty amazing. Not sure if I can handle that amount of awesome.

Thanks for the compliments, guys.

How's about a yearly hall of fame for the MC Cas and HOF threads? The ones that fit the bill most, ran by 2-3 key members. I think that'd be a really neat way to recap the year.

But again, fitting the bill. Which means, looking at what qualifies in the 2010 HOF thread, it will be a small small list.

So not a good idea? I know the fits are declining (or for sensitive folk, 'different from what they used to be') but maybe we can find a few good ones.

Hopefully it's not a huge thread full of just Spoo, amirite?

(edit: I for one try to follow in close footsteps of the 2010 HOF thread. Which begs the quote, "If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.")

its a fine idea, but i gurantee it will turn into a bitch fest. should be fun though. biggrin.gif

It requires a senior member who has the credibility to make pronouncements and the desire to police a thread ruthlessly. So, unlikely.

That's exactly what I figured. And it looks like most of the senior members are gone. :-(

I highly doubt Spoo has the time and the inclination to do so. Also, I know Spoo is a long-time member, affiliate vendor, and well dressed son of a bitch, but IS he (are you) a senior member?

edit... I guess 98% of the people here are 'senior members' but I think you know what I really mean.

First post here in MC Casual Style; I went to Rome for a few days and I had to deal with > 35°C (almost 100° F)

I love this shirt; where did you buy it?

I quite like this Crat, although the shoes look a bit overly formal for the rest of the rig, and if they are boots then they will be bait too wintry for an otherwise hot summer outfit. Your shirt looks completely different colours in the two photos. I'm guessing the full fit is more accurate, but as I told NOBD recently I really like the look of saturated French blue linen or chambray casual shirts for the summer, especially if paired with white jeans or light tan linen strides.

The heat is suppose to break tomorrow.  Fingers crossed.  Shorts: Brooks Brothers.  Shirt: Uniqlo.

I sort of agree with you, I like this outfit a lot and I even like the boots with it, the boots aren't overly clunky so I think they go fine, I will be wearing jeans and boots/country shoes in summer too.
