Another controversial - and quite old - shirt... and it can only be worn with sleeves rolled up, 'cos they're a bit too short when unrolled.

I know I've been made fun of for my "fun" shirts, but I actually don't like the shirt here.  I don't like the different sized stripes.  I find it very jarring.  I tend to like shirts where there is one consistent pattern.  The more colors the better though.  Also, I really don't like the fact that they made the collar two different colors.  It gives this weird stacked effect like there are two collars.  I think you wear it well though.  The pants and shoes are beautiful.

Thanks. Re: the bit I've bolded - for me, that's part of the point of these kind of shirts. devil.gif

Weekend and today. The weekend look is pretty sloppy, I know. My only defence is that it was a minor miracle I bothered to wear long trousers in the heat at all. tongue.gif

Where I'm from jacket, jeans & tie can only be worn to fraternity events, apart from those its a very tricky combo. This may be different in your social setting though and the items themselves look nice.

Funny. But a NWS in red would do that well. I am at work.

This may be a little too casual for this thread.

All are classic menswear items, so I see no problem.

Also, you are the reigning obsessive coordination champeen. smile.gif

Cross post from posting the shirt in the Luxire thread. I neglected to take a full shot. 90 degrees and 95% humidity makes for a hot day! I wish I owned a light cream colored cloth belt. Add it to the list I suppose.

Wonderful shirt and jacket combo! But my favorite part is the accessory in your left hand.
