Can't speak to the fit but n&f left hand twill is pretty light bright and blue

Overall, I like the look. One random nitpicky note. The shape of that belt buckle seems rather modern/more dressy than the rustic plaid and casual look of the denim.

White jeans and thin blue cashmere for a night out.

Would it hurt you to clean the blood splatter on the wall?

Not a fan Crat.

Jumper says winter, white jeans say summer

Jumper says its cold, rolled up sleeves says its hot.

No shirt under a v neck? Tom Cruise had a thing for doing this around the time of MI1. Looks off to me. Nice looking separate items.

Crat, I am sorry I have to agree with Ianiceman.
That one is the first outfit of yours which I truely dislike.

A V-neck sweater only workswith a shirt underneath, never without or with a T-shirt.
The sleeves are pushed up way too far and the combination of fine cashmere wool, slim jeans and work boots looks odd.
Also I have to agree white/creme jeans only work in spring/summer and not with sweaters.

Have there been outfits before this that you've only sort of disliked? As opposed to the much vaunted truly dislike, that is.

I disliked parts of other outfits like camo pants, that one leather jacket he once wore and some of his snouty shoes, but I see which looks he is going for and that some of the items work for those looks.
This outfit though, just looks terrible to me.
Crat is a cool guy with great taste, I know he will take the critisism without feeling offended.

Crat looks kind of slutty, but probably in a good way for a night out. It works, except the shoes. Women like cashmere sweaters teacha.gif

Tira...,

NIce look...  If the pants are too short at all, it's only by 1" or less.

BTW, where do you live?  Toto, he's not in Kansas.

Cheers,

No problem, laiceman and Louis.
When dressing for going out there are a number of factors I take into consideration that aren't of importance in daily life and vice versa.
I agree with you on the boots/white jeans combo (its ghastly) and would never wear that during daytime. But who's going to notice shoes on club's dimly lit dance floor? Trainers may have been better though.
White (jeans, shirts or whatever) do well under black light; its not a seasonal thing in this fit.

Its even more true for shirtless cashmere.
