Thanks. These are 5-pocket pants - a jean cut in a denim-like weight. So more casual than the SC + chinos + knit tie look.

I will choose to remember this fit without the stacking/puddling. And I will be happier for it.

The cape, however: icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

This seems to be one of your themes... Expecting real jeans to magically fall perfectly straight like an ambrosi flannel...

I will choose to free my mind from this puddling/wrinkling concern smile.gif

Nah, G, I just prefer a shorter inseam. I have no expectation that jeans should drape like dress trousers.

I always prefer to be remembered as 'that well dressed tall guy' instead of just 'that tall guy' when meeting people. getting fit and proportions right to 'down-play' my height was probably the sole reason I joined this forum.

At 5' 7", I hope to be remembered as "that well dressed short guy" instead of just "that short guy"..... biggrin.gif

I perceived you as much taller than that, CP. You must be a 38 or smaller, no?

CP I do remember you as the friendly middle aged man wink.gif with lots of nice sweaters!

I thrifted the sweater to wear in silly Christmas pictures, but I actually kinda like it.
