Not really feelin' the brown gingham shirt w/ brown jacket w/ brownish socks w/ brown shoes thing going on here

looks better up close/in person. Its actually wool, and its tan, navy and burgundy check.

I tend to dress pretty monochrome, because when I try to do slightly loud it generally results in a medusa like situation.

In deference to Furo I decided to up the color/contrast today.

Hopefully he likes it better.

nice idea. Fit on the SC causes fail, too boxy/big for the rest of the outfit.

That sportcoat is oversized. Funny looking hat. Cool scarf.

That's such a great piece and I regret not buying one when we had the opportunity. It's a shame that Narragansett stopped taking orders for these briefcases. They appear to be super well made and a fantastic value so I can understand why demand is high. They have a shop in Maine that I'd like to visit one of these days.

Maybe we should start a thread "great things killed by SF."

To this list I will add my credit rating.

Just kidding. My credit rating was always bad.

Not sure if the entire look was put together as a joke, but the jacket looks really bad, and not just the fit. The pattern just isn't good. Also, shoes need to go away.

The fit on the jacket is truly terrible, and I also agree with furo on the shoes, they need to go.

if you stop buying all these cheap crappy stuff, you could just save up and buy nicer, better fitting, better looking items

Totally. Lots of boring brown, ill-fitting clothes, weird beret.... not that far from what you usual show.
