Thanks @Cleav. A great pair of shoes isn't a guarantee you're going to look good but it sure isn't a bad place to start...

Mate, it is often said that you can tell a man by his watch and his shoes. I agree, and suggest all else follows when a gentlemen pays attention to detail as you often do nod[1].gif

Who makes the Peacoat? I need a new one for fall. My Club monaco one is way too small now and not even warm

It's a 1968 US Navy peacoat  - there seem to be plenty around, though.

Maybe it's the pic but that peacoat looks really huge on you. The shoulders look massive?

Yeah, it feels big. I haven't looked around for another one because I like having something this old that I'm using and it really doesn't bother me enough to do something about it.

Pretty much my uniform except with a blue rather than a white shirt. Ivory DB Ring Jacket, C&J tassel loafers, G. Inglese shirt, Levis LVC 1954 ZXX

Feeling Blue:

Wearing shoes and belt that do not match while on the news rack graphic a boy and a girl fight over whether or not shoes and belt must match.

Chaps (Ralph Lauren era) micro mini pink gingham PPBD shirt, Trafalgar belt, Polo Ralph Lauren Madras trousers, and Allen-Edmonds tan suede Strandmoks.

Non back lit close up.
