Vevevevegas.

Mohair jacket, cotton/linen trousers. Socks because ow, walking around a lot. Pocketsquare: first, my partner gave it to me, second, actually I like it anyway. Haircut, no regret as always.

Iso,

What games are you playing out there? Action dying out post WSOP? I'll be passing through Tuesday for a meeting, will probably try the aria for some plo.

Unfortunately I can't tell you, as these are my photos I took on my trip I hadn't had time to upload. I think Venetian will have good mid PLO. I've preferred it during series and think it will still be better, but I doubt it matters that much. I've always heard lots of conflicting reports to the point where I think it just depends on the day.

I was mostly playing the PLO over the WSOP at Rio. They were alright. Rumours of poker's death have been greatly exaggerated.

I've heard the stories about the 10-25 at the rio. Crazy stuff. I don't play that high, 2-5 mostly. Thanks.

@Isolation really nice fit. Whole combination works. Did you take those photos at 6am to avoid the heat?

Haha, no it was like high noon, we had to rush these before we melted.

Yeah I'd say 2/5 (with frequent straddle) at Venetian is a very good game. I played it even whilst I was playing 10/25 at the Rio.

Very nice ISO. I spent NEW Years Eve in Vegas and it was a blast.

You play with that lunatic from the Midwest that owns a car dealership? Always doing weird stuff with his eyes and 3 betting blind...So many characters that play that 10-25. 2-5 with a rock and a 3k cap is more than big enough for this tourist.

Dressed with a SC, you must stand out, poker players are some of the worst dressed people in the world.

Sorry for random poker conversation, to put this in SF terms, I call your bespoke SC bet and raise the cost of a liverano suit.

@Gerry Nelson, or anyone with experience, any thoughts on trade-offs between carmina or meermin string loafers? Not sure if I'll get a chance to try on either before ordering. Would like a versatile loafer.

Carmina is much higher quality. I have the string Carmina loafers from The Armoury, and I love them.

Have owned 5 pairs of meermins previously. Albeit not loafers (oxfords and monks). Unquestionably the worst shoes I have ever worn. Deplorable. Even the linea maestro line.
Ended up selling them all.

The pain of the meermin breakin versus carmina is worth the cprice difference alone
