@upr_crust those Tyrwhitt shoes are great. Are they recent or was CT, like Lewin, much better in days gone by?

Many thanks.

Today's shoes were purchased no more than three years ago or so. Tyrwhitt seems to have two sources of shoe manufacturers, judging from two price poitns for their shoes - Loake and Barker - and I suspect that today's shoes were made by Barker for Tyrwhitt. (They bear a strong resemblance to similarly styled shoes offered by Barker itself the season that I bought mine.)

Thursday last week at Niagara Falls.  New Spier and Mackay linen shirt.

@fairlynerdy

Nice boots. Alden Innsbruck Indys?

I actually like everything here except for the giant cuffs on the denim. Also, I would've probably left another shirt button unbuttoned, but YMMV.

Cold Day Comfort Clothes

The last time I wore this outfit, I had burgundy boots and it was too similar to the trousers. I think that this is a better pairing. I also think that the colour of these boots works better than a dark brown pair would have done in this outfit.

Very nice entries in the last few pages:) Didn't have much time for a full-body shot today. Pants- beige and shoes- walnut oxford.

You need to work on your cropping skills.  7/9 of the photo is dead space.  Great jacket.  Linen/silk?  Where's the square from?

Yup, those are the boots. I'm kicking myself because I should have ordered another width up and I'm not sure I'll end up keeping them. Thanks for the compliment and comments --- I agree with going another button down, and the (raw) denim will lose the cuffs after I break them in.

Today's fit. Colors are most accurate in the second photo. Pants are a very lightweight cord that feels like wearing PJs.

Thanks @AAS. I was in a hurry hence the angle, and since I didn't want too much noise in the photo, I left a large part uncropped. Cropping all that part out would have distorted the color of the items with all the grains. I'll up my game in that area as you have suggested 😎Jacket's a year-round 100% super 100s wool, lightly constructed, and lined only in shoulder and sleeves. PS is unknown. I'll take a shot another time for you🐸

@fairlynerdy, you and Gerry are kicking me to do cords tomorrow. Nice colors gents👍

Wonderful Gerry, as usual.

What I really like also is pairing Suede shoes with cords, that work very well in my opinion. But this pair of boots is perfect with this trousers.
