Jacket is from a local surf shop (has locations in San Francisco and Venice Beach, CA I believe) called Mollusk. They put out some very nice stuff with designs and fabrics that are surf/beach-inspired but versatile across a lot of casual fits. The jacket is part of their Spring 2016 line that just came out: http://mollusksurfshop.com/collections/mens-new-arrivals/products/benetau-windbreaker-tan

Not sure whether they'll ship international, but if you really like it I don't mind proxying for a distinguished CM poster such as yourself. It will cost you 85 likes. biggrin.gif

haha thanks for the offer but 85 likes is kind of high... you know I mostly buy bargains... we'll have to renegotiate that... :P

Like your boots @Isolation

We could negotiate based on the current likes conversion rate if necessary, but don't act like you're not sitting on a giant pile of casual thumbs, bro.

I'm usually not a fan of flat caps but it really works in that fit @jcmeyer. It's a super chill look.

Your jacket game is strong @Isolation!

Today's gear isn't anything I haven't shown here before but I thought the second picture was kind of cool. Bright background blew out the first pic.

@Isolation that's a great fit.

Thanks! Don't get to wear these boots with too many outfits but I feel like they are always nice when I get the opportunity.

Thanks FN! Definitely a weekend outside-time fit. Wife and I hiked around the coast for a little while and though it wasn't raining yet, the wind was blowing. I like the cap either way, but when it's windy and my hair is getting longer it's as much for functional as aesthetic reasons.

Otherwise...

@jcmeyer Mollusk looks like a nice brand. How do you find the sizing for that jacket?

Jacket seems pretty TTS; I think this size small roughly translates to what you might find at Uniqlo. Possibly a bit roomier but it's a little hard for me to say since a) this is my only jacket from Mollusk and b) I actually wanted it to fit a bit roomier than what I have in the XS realm.

I'll try to get some other fit pics done standing with the jacket open and closed and can take some measurements if it would help. I think you're probably safe with whatever your usual size is.

Hahaha... that is not really the case, I got way more thumbs with my three more formal fits than with my casual fits. If I don't find the exact jacket I am looking for, I will "holler at ya" then :P

Really, thanks for the offer man  :fonz:

I think those boots would work great with light/medium blue jeans, you should try a fit with those and that sick suede jacket you once posted... that would look cool.

I may have mildly exaggerated the magnitude of my combover.

Iso, I agree with Chu here for sure. Worth a shot if you think it fits your style.

What's up with rolled up 2 inch jeans?
I don't understand why Iso's look hasn't garnered more thumbs. Great stuff there.
