It's has not been nice to wake up to 20 degree weather again.

Iso, that jacket looks really nice, and it pairs well with the brown (cords? moleskin?) trousers and cream sweater. That said, I agree with @Veremund in that the turtleneck/rollneck of your sweater is disproportionately and gives off the appearance of a soft foam collar.

Nice fit @iso. I agree that the roll is too thick. Try playing around with the roll to make it flatter. Try pulling it over your face first and scrunching it down to eliminate the big roll in the middle.
