Hey guys, thanks everyone for the thumbs. Believe it or not, the jacket is Asos, and is nicer in person than it looks, at least it's very very soft to touch. I've had it for a while and it's held up nicely, but I haven't gotten it dirty or anything yet.

If anyone's interested it's still available:

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE, MOST VERSATILE "GO TO" WINTER SWEATER ???
Which sweater do you constantly get the most use of ?
What do you use the hell out of all winter long? At work, at home, everywhere.

Willing to spend a premium on a pair of WINTER khakis that are clearly premium quality.
Something that is like 2x thicker than typical $30 chinos.
WHAT'S YOUR BEST QUALITY CHINO EVER? WANT WINTER HEAVY THICK CHINOS OR KHAKIS.

^^ Cardigan. Very bulky looking. Not a fan.

@Reevolving

For me the most versatile sweater is a thin mid-grey v-neck or crew neck. You can wear them with a suit or casual with jeans for example.

I think chocolate brown merino sweaters are very versatile.

If you want winter khakis, why not just go cavalry twill or molsekin?

In regards to that question about the sweater, I would say a V-neck wool-silk navy sweater... and dark green, and mid-gray hahaha I use those three color all the time.

I agree with you in general, but @chocsosa just does snug jackets as a style choice. A few people (myself included) have said this to him and it always comes down to, "Thanks, but I'm good." Which is just part of having personal style.

Sometimes when I post stuff I get grief for wearing too many patterns -- although now being multi-patterned is, annoyingly, more on trend -- which is a legitimate criticism that I accept, but still think, whatever, it's how I dress. Knowing exactly how you color outside the lines is liberating.

If I ditched anything, it would be the PS.  Squares and jeans look kinda odd to me, though the bandana style here works as well as a square could.

I would also undo my top button and loosen the tie with this, but that's just me.

If you have already hung yourself with said tie please disregard the above.

I was on the edge, teetering on the precipice, but this post brought me back. Did you ever know that you're my heeeeeerrrrrooooooo?

Tie was loosened for the party. Many belgian ales were consumed. Much rejoicing there was.

Just FYI, if it matters to you at all -- and it needn't -- that's a women's cardigan. You can tell from how the garment buttons.

@dieworkwear Yes of course it matters for me.  I ordered it from the wollovers website. Can you explain it to me more detailed?

Thanks.
