-2ºC my goodness... we have reached that temperature maybe three or four days every other year LOL

Try -30C in dead winter. Your balls will freeze smile.gif

Why would anyone take their balls out when it's that cold? My balls will be lounging by the fire. But not too close.

It's a Canadian thing - sort of like poutine, or universal health care - incomprehensible to Americans.

I'm nostalgic for the winters we had when I was a kid, tall snows, blizzards and -15 to -20C colds, but -30C is insane.

I guess it's cool, cause you can wear heavy weight fabrics, overcoats, layers, etc. Winters here are around -5, -10 at most now, and when you go inside buildings you sweat your ass off because they like to pump the heat as if they're trying to give everyone a free sauna...even so, it's still slightly better than the 40 to 44C heat we get through july and august.

I'm pretty happy living in Sthlm nowadays. It gets chilly in the winter, but never as bad as the north of Sweden where I grew up. I distinctly remember one winter when we had below -40C, that was extreme even for that town though.

OMG guys... I am getting cold just by reading your posts hahaha... In all fairness I have to say that the cold in my city is horrible. Not because of low temperatures per se but because of the high humidity.

I once had a work mate from Ukraine where winters are around -20ºC o so and said that he has never had never been as cold as he was in my city (with like 6 or 7ºC). Our constructions and I'd say way of life is prepared for the heat and not for the cold, so even though our winters are extremely short it gets pretty horrible because of the darn humidity.

Traveled out of town this past weekend for a day of  corporate meetings the following day. Kept it simple to make it through security at the airport and the weather was steady and cooler before it took a nose dive yesterday...

Same weather as yesterday: cold, sunny and dry - best weather IMO

Really like your outfit today @chocsosa  looks great and seems comfortable.

Today, there was a chance of scattered showers... it ended up not raining at all... thank goodness because I did not change my shoes haha

Getting ready for colder weather with Harris Tweed, patch pockets, smoke mother of pearl buttons, and dueling windowpanes.

(...which I am wearing casually these days; X-post)

@Isolation I think is the best fit I have seen from you. Really like it. Simple and clean.
