Wasn't sure which thread this one quite fit into; sort of straddles the edge:

Gonna take the casual scale down a whole bunch here. Took the kiddies to their first ball game yesterday. Shorts are Bills M3 chopped up, Vintage 80's Met jersey (prob my best ever eBay score, think I paid 10 bucks), Shea Goodbye 5950 On Field Cap, Jacks.

Not really a fan of this. The jeans are a bit boring. The light shoes provide too much contrast between the top and the bottom. The jacket is too loose and old-fashioned to look good paired with a v-neck and jeans. Not a big deal, since most of your recent fits were great.

Complete agreement (mostly ). This wasn't a real fit but part of an experimental set of photos of stuff that I threw on IIRC. The jacket is sized as a 36 but that can't be real so you may be right. I left it unbuttoned to test the ability to show my 30" waist but I've yet to master that shot. The jeans (far too large) were an early purchase that have already been relegated to "working on cars and such" duty. Since obtaining my new chocolate suede bals, I no longer wear the desert boots with jeans.

aeglus, one doesn't see your right hand in most of your pictures, so do you wear a wedding ring?
If not so, the other guys in town have to hate you so much. :slayer:

Dig, do you wear your desert boots anymore at all?
While I am dressed way worse than you are and while my shoe cabinet only counts three pairs of leather shoes and one pair of sneakers besides the desert boots I find myself reaching for one of the other pairs instead of the desert boots all the time...

They are too comfortable for me not to wear them. I now pair them with chinos.

Thanks ACE and ThinkDerm. These are soft as heck.

Still swelteringly humid in the borough. Pants are brown and tan cotton houndstooth Mabi's and the shirt is JCrew destroyed oxford. Shoes OLD BR Penny's (Made in Italy).

The shirt is a bit big for you, but the pants kick serious ass!!! And the fit on them is marvelous. They go great with the color of your beard. :)
