For the record, I claimed neither was awesome. Awesome is not powerful enough a word.

I dont think my jacket is too tight in the chest and shoulders, the waist could be let out as I have gone up a size but I dont think it is overly tight, it doesn't pull and the vent lies flat. I agree it could be let out tho to be more proportional to my legs.

Kappelan, that jacket is heinous. Not quite Acecow pants heinous, but heinous nonetheless. You are corrupting noobs with fits like these.

I want one.

This thread is salty today

Can't we all get along?

But where is the fun in that?

Dear sheep,
You can feel free not to comment my stuff. I do not appreciate it. Usually I easy get critique but yours comments, like that one, is just loud of crap.
So good night and good luck.

I, too, feel the jacket is pretty bad, what with the wide lapels/high button/old-looking pattern

+1
ughhhhh... JFC.... give it up already. Post a f'g fit or not. These "look-at-me-with-some-chick-who's-not-nearly-as-hot-as-you-think-she-is" shots are getting really old. My God... what's more desperate, the pants or the picture of the pants.

Kappelan, I know sometimes, when people critique one's stuff, one is inclined to say **** you--I know this from experience--but, if you both apologise to each other, we can all be friends. :)

1. He's biting his tongue; it looks foony.
2. You'd think there'd be more motion lines in the photos--I know there are some pretty decent motion controls on cameras nowadays--but there is only one. This suggests these were pose shots. (And/or that they were well shot. :embar:)

Sorry dood. I do give you props for good fits, but without evil, there is no good.

I can get it. You don't like it and even though I do like it, it is easy to me get your point or points. But oh man, what kind of critique were those comments? Seems like sometime people here just feel guilty until they spread **** to each other. And after that they might feel like a hero or something?

As I said before I can get critique but from my point of view, critique it is all about size, colors, rules and so on.

I am not entirely sure what this means, Kappelan. In all honesty, I have come to agree with the elders of this place: there isn't enough critical discussion and too much gladhanding. I think you have an interesting style and push the MC envelope in directions it needs to go. That said, this fit is terrible. The jacket's lapels are enormous, its pattern/cut dated, and the shirt is totally incongruent. The chinos also do not pair well.

Feel free to ignore me, if it suits you, but as long as people post pics here, I reserve the right to critique them as I see fit.

Here we go finally. This is kind of critique I can accept and understand.

But this was just a *************.

I agree about useless criticism...I think we're all guilty of it at one point or another. Re: the jacket, I think the biggest issue is the length. You're usually in shorter, more fitted stuff, this looks too long to my eye. Like something Holdfast would wear (not a dig at H, he's is comfortable and looks decent in longer coats).
