Disposable Clothing

Do you purchase some articles of clothing for the sole purpose of disposing them after a certain event or activity?

For example I live in The Bahamas and so I purchase various tees and shorts for when I go to the beach with the mindset that after a few trips they will be torn or stained while playing on the beach.

Two types of my clothing fit this category right now. Scrubs, which are relatively self explanatory. White T's from FTL that I wear to the gym to lift. The plates and bars at the gym are old, and were formerly coated iron. Now the plates and bars turn my hands and shirts brown and greasy from the years of corrosion and sweat or the raw iron. So, these get tossed after a handful of wears.

yeah, clothes for when my band tours. After a few weeks on the road getting alcohol soaked, sweaty, various bodily fluids, etc, they're kinda gross. When I get into town next weekend I'll probably pick up a 3 pack of black t-shirts and some socks, which I'll just toss in the trash when I'm done.

Not really, just use freebie/old clothes for the gym.

i just recycle the gross stuff into gym-wear. tom ford's admitted to throwing out his underwear and undershirts after a few uses.
