NWOT Belvest luxury cotton pants retail $595 at Louis Boston. Flat front classy herringbone pattern makes these a perfect cotton dress trouser. waist 35 , inseam 35 with 3 inches to let out from cuffs Purchased from Eddievddr for $90 ; cuffed but never worn. My recent effort to update my double forward pleat wardrobe with narrow flat fronted pants has been met with howls of derision by my daughter . Eddie's pictures attached . Brown is slightly darker and richer than the photo hue.

NWT Edward Green belt Burnt Pine meaures 38 inchess from end to end; 32 inches from end of buckle to the middle of 5 holes.
