I think this is from 2005, Its Unisex and approximately it is marked IT46 but fits more like a mens size EU48 US38/40. See Measurements.
Single button, padded shoulders, with 4 functioning cuff buttons. It has a single vent and is fully lined. It also has to inner breast pockets (angled like most rick pieces) It has 4 outer pockets, the upper ones are still sewn shut. Classic Rick extra long sleeves. The only defect I find is just a slight fading under the collar on the inside This is barely noticeable. I just had it dry cleaned so it is ready to go.
