UPDATE at 17.30 6.7.2011 There has been a lot of interest, which is great, but I cannot respond to all of the PMs due to the sheer volume. I am dealing with the first interested buyer so probably best to hold off your PMs for the moment, but if that deal does not work out I will let you know. Many thanks Hello all I have just spent far too much money on a five week tour of the States, and now my LA girlfriend is visiting London for the first time, landing here at 15.50 UK time tomorrow. I need money fast! I am selling this fine RLPL grey suit. The colour is dark grey. I put this on sale a few months back, but due to work commitments I went cold on the sale trail. Now the suit is back on and priced to sell. It is completely unworn since I purchased it, other than when I first tried it on and sadly realised it does not fit me. It has been stored in a dust bag. Photos appear with thanks to MalfordofLondon. I will listen to offers as I need to shift the suit within 24 hours. The suit is beautiful. I am a lawyer, so will not rip you off too hard Please see measurements for your sizing: Pit to pit: 20.5" Underarm to end of cuff: 17.5" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 18.25" Total length excluding collar: 30.25" Waist: 33" Inseam: 30" + 0.75" to let out. Other key info: - Used - 2 Button - Side vents - Fully canvassed - Double pleat trousers Answers to previous PMs: Q. How much for US shipping? A. Shipping is likely to be $30-40. If you are seriously interested at that price, I will get a more accurate quote. Q. How is the fabric on this suit? A. It is soft, and, relative to thick winter suits, the fabric is quite light and breathable. I would wear it in the summer, and it will not be as light as a linen but will look better. Q. leg opening measurements for the pants? A. Leg opening is 8.75". Q. Are the pants cuffed? A. No. Q. What kind of pattern is this RLPL grey suit? A. Pattern is hard to describe. I would be most happy to let you figure it out from the photos. The suit on looks dark grey, and the pattern is a very acute black square shape stitching with a lighter grey underneath. It is extremely tasteful and looks great. Q. Would you consider this a birds eye? A. I would consider this a birds eye. Payment: I do not mind how it is sent, so long as I have it in the bank cleared within a reasonable timeframe. That means if you are paying by Paypal, you bear the fees. I can also accept direct bank transfer. I have sold on SF in the past, and can provide proof of identity etc as necessary should you require. Thanks for looking

Insane price for a gorgeous staple suit.

Wish it was 38s but Malford never seems to carry that size. (Probably a good thing.)

I need to shorten the length of the jacket by 1" which will affect the balance. I suppose it's minor enough to barely notice it but it's still substantial enough to know something was done. 0.5" i could deal with.

Good thing it's taken!

I also have a vested interest. (If only it were 3-piece, that'd be good and groanworthy.)

Holy shit, I swear I would have been all over this, beautiful suit. But pleated trousers.. fuck man.. hate it when this happens...can't bear with pleats. Great suit nonetheless.
