Secondly, I won't be able to get the measurements of the 38S, however I picked one up for myself in a sz 36R (might be for sale also) and the measurements are below (accurate to within 1/8"): CH: 20" SH: 17.5 BOC: 30" SL: 25" Pants are 30" waist and 8 1/4" leg opening.
