Hello friends...!
How to reduce belly fat without extreme diet...? If anyone knows then please reply me...Your suggestions will be appreciated...Thanks in advance...!

Elliptical or bike for an hour everyday. Running is real good but I doubt if you have a large amount of belly fat that you can run for a full hour straight in the summer.

Doing crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, etc will NOT give you a smaller stomach. Yes, they are good to do, but There is no spot fat reduction unless you're talking about lipo.

Just focus on low impact cardio if you are very heavy

Caloric deficit diet +Weight training, coupled with cardio = increased lean muscle mass and less fat. Pretty much it. Extreme diets( ie extreme calorie deficits) are not necessary but yields quicker results. It comes down to how much and how fast you want to lose.

I lost 90% of my belly fat by increasing my protein intake, cutting out starchy foods (although I cheat one day a week). Some of the food I eat is sort of boring, but I spice it up using Salza, Marinara, or Sriracha Sauce. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. And I do P90X. You can do it. I lost 1/3rd of my body weight by eating better. Watch these vids for recipes This is the best one.
